Dinner in Chinatown

We’ve now confirmed that the solution to America’s weight problem is simply to do away with knives and forks – make them eat with chopsticks instead. We went to a great Chinese restaurant, had scallops with spring peas, Mongolian lamb and fried rice – and it was about twice what we needed. The beer probably helped as an appetite suppressant, too, but that’s another story.

After dinner decided to take the monorail. Rode it across the harbour – which looks much bigger on the map than it is in reality – and ended up riding the loop and then getting off to walk back to the hotel – 4.18 miles total for today.
